Meeting Minutes  -  PBMLP
4:45 PM   Meeting opened with PBMLP members Stan Moss, chair, Edith Morgan, Jon Fudeman and T.A. Nina Nazarian.
         Nina had distributed a draft job description for an assistant to the PBMLP manager and project coordinator, which the board members reviewed and made some comments. Jon F. has talked to Wayne in South Hadley about the position, as they have been through the same process with broadband. Wayne suggested three essential criteria: familiarity with project management software; familiarity with fiber installation and experience in project management. Jon stated that in his conversation it was discussed that the position is probably part-time—not in chain of command--and most work is scheduling, collecting data, working with Phil Leaman and interfacing with people.
        Group agreed to meet at 8:30 AM on Monday, Dec. 21 to vote on the job description and hold executive session on policy matters. Then regular PBMLP meeting will be scheduled for 9:30 AM.
        All three voted in favor to expend up to $12,000 of make-ready funds to pay for the replacement of the generator and authorize the Town Administrator to enter into contracts for the same purpose.

5 PM  Board voted all in favor to adjourn and opened BOS meeting.
